Woody Creek Cellars is dedicated to making fine natural wines with Old-World methods. These methods include: no chemicals, handpicked grapes, punched down, cold masseration, and gravity flow.
Using only Colordo's finest natural ingredients, we focus on small lot production and high quality. Guided by an ethos of simplicity, Woody Creek Cellars handmade wines are made with primitive equipment. Our wines are chemical-free, gravity flown, unfiltered, and aged in French oak barrels.
